After speaking to lots of different companies (carefuly they will HOUND you) we went with Jamies Castles, who were very reasonable, flexible, great comms and nothing was too much trouble. They never chased, never bugged me, and again were very reasonable. We had a huge bouncy castle and a large inflatable slide thing!! As well as a whole softplay area and a load of ride ons.. they even supplied a big connect 4. They were there just before the hall opened and came back when agreed. The equipment was very clean, really good condition and it was a painless booking where it all worked out extremely well. Will use again 100%.

Highly recommend Jamie�s castles. Great service and communication throughout! The kids and adults loved the bouncy castle slide combo and the babies loved the softplay. We will definitely be using again!

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Everything, from the first enquiry email to the time it was collected, was seamless and efficient. Replies to messages were also instant regardless of the time of day. I stood and watched (from inside) while the castle was put up/ taken down and the cleaning process (done wearing full PPE) was so very thorough I had no qualms allowing my kiddies on to have fun, even in the current covid climate. We have been so impressed, we�ve booked a castle for another two weekends over the summer. I�m happy to answer any questions but honestly, if you�re thinking of hiring a castle, there are so many cowboys out there but these guys just aren�t in that category. They are totally trustworthy and very easy/ lovely to deal with. The whole thing was a pleasure. Thank you guys. We�ll see you again soon :)

Amazing service from Jamie & his team. 7:00am delivery on a Sunday. Despite time of day made every check to ensure the castle was secure. Used tape to remove any trip hazards & was extremely helpful, giving the children a count down...already booked our next castle. Thanks Jaimie & team

Brilliant company. Very efficient and very good at communicating. Hugely reliable and are very considerate of impact of weather etc. Great covid secure rules in place. We�ve used a couple of times and will definitely use again. Great value for money!
