Hired the Peppa Pig bouncy castle and soft play for my son’s 1st birthday on Saturday. Was wonderful. Jaimie’s Castles were early to deliver and very helpful. Thank you.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Everything, from the first enquiry email to the time it was collected, was seamless and efficient. Replies to messages were also instant regardless of the time of day. I stood and watched (from inside) while the castle was put up/ taken down and the cleaning process (done wearing full PPE) was so very thorough I had no qualms allowing my kiddies on to have fun, even in the current covid climate. We have been so impressed, we’ve booked a castle for another two weekends over the summer. I’m happy to answer any questions but honestly, if you’re thinking of hiring a castle, there are so many cowboys out there but these guys just aren’t in that category. They are totally trustworthy and very easy/ lovely to deal with. The whole thing was a pleasure. Thank you guys. We’ll see you again soon :)

Highly recommend this company for hires. Just had my daughters 1st Birthday party and we used Jamie’s to hire a bouncy castle, softplay and ball pit. By far the best deals around, quick, easy set up, delivery was on time! Cleaned on delivery and again on pick up! Everyone had a great time! Thank you

After speaking to lots of different companies (carefuly they will HOUND you) we went with Jamies Castles, who were very reasonable, flexible, great comms and nothing was too much trouble. They never chased, never bugged me, and again were very reasonable. We had a huge bouncy castle and a large inflatable slide thing!! As well as a whole softplay area and a load of ride ons.. they even supplied a big connect 4. They were there just before the hall opened and came back when agreed. The equipment was very clean, really good condition and it was a painless booking where it all worked out extremely well. Will use again 100%.

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK FOR YOU AND ALL OF THEM CAN BE ADHERED TO. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS WHEN BOOKING.
On the main page of the website we have a fantastic live availability checker, you can enter the date you wish to book and it will bring up everything that’s available that date in real time. You can then book it directly online which adds it straight into our diary , its as easy as that! Then you can sit back and relax that your party is in safe hands!
You can also check if we deliver to your postcode using the delivery checker, if your postcode is not there then unfortunately we dont cover your area, sorry.
Please note that due to hall bookings being less flexible around timings than garden bookings , We have had to turn off some dates as we can only be at so many halls at the same time. If the date you want is unavailable please email us with the delivery and collection time and we can see what we can do to fit you in as the chances are we can squeeze you in . We have lots of space for garden bookings throughout summer so please get in contact should the date you need not be available.
Before booking please check that all of the below terms and conditions suit your hire.
1. We do not allow equipment outside from the 1st October to the 28th March , if you would like to book anything during that time it will need to go indoors in a hall or soft play in your home. Minimum booking amount is 80 pound excluding delivery.
2. Our full t&cs can be found at the bottom of our website under terms and conditions. Please read these before booking.
3. We are offering free evening before delivery on all soft play booked for use in your home throughout winter.
4. Soft play can not be hired outside until summer months ( mid May to end of August)
5. All outdoor bookings need to be on real grass and in an enclosed back garden, with outside access to the garden via a gate or a walkway round the side of the house. No communal areas.
6. We ask that the gate is open for when we arrive and the access has been made clear as we are often running to a tight schedule as we have lots of customers to get to. We allow ourselves 20 minutes for a delivery to be in and out to enable us to deliver the best service to our customers.
7. If booking for a garden ONLY we deliver between 8-11 am and collect from 5pm. We cannot guarantee times, we will send a time slot the night before once our routes are planned. If booking at a VENUE please state the time you need it delivered and collected. We will only deliver and collect at the times you state and will not be able to change these nearer the date so please make sure you have asked us to arrive with sufficient time for us to get the equipment set up and also get the equipment out the hall before you need to leave.
8. As always, all inflatables outside need to be on real grass only. This is so we can safely peg them down.
9. We CANNOT come through any houses with inflatables, we need outside access to gardens via a gate/ alleyway etc. Garages are ok to come through but we need clear access through.
10. We do not allow face paint , glitter tattoos , Henna , coloured streamers , confetti etc on the equipment as it stains.
