Such a great company and so reasonably priced. I had a last minute change and had to try get the hire moved to a hall, they couldn't have been and my accommodating. They drop off at the venue early and there was a slight mix up with the collection times however when messaged it was pushed back to as far as possibly could. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Everything, from the first enquiry email to the time it was collected, was seamless and efficient. Replies to messages were also instant regardless of the time of day. I stood and watched (from inside) while the castle was put up/ taken down and the cleaning process (done wearing full PPE) was so very thorough I had no qualms allowing my kiddies on to have fun, even in the current covid climate. We have been so impressed, we’ve booked a castle for another two weekends over the summer. I’m happy to answer any questions but honestly, if you’re thinking of hiring a castle, there are so many cowboys out there but these guys just aren’t in that category. After speaking to lots of different companies (carefuly they will HOUND you) we went with Jamies Castles, who were very reasonable, flexible, great comms and nothing was too much trouble. They never chased, never bugged me, and again were very reasonable. We had a huge bouncy castle and a large inflatable slide thing!! As well as a whole softplay area and a load of ride ons.. they even supplied a big connect 4. They were there just before the hall opened and came back when agreed. The equipment was very clean, really good condition and it was a painless booking where it all worked out extremely well. Will use again 100%.

We hired the inflatable assault course for our son’s fifth birthday on Saturday. It was really, really popular with the kids & adults! It arrived ahead of time went up swiftly & all went very well. The kids absolutely loved it! The same on pick up they arrived on time and it was all packed away within the half hour. I would definitely use again and recommend! Thank you so much for making our boy’s birthday party special!.

They are very good. Arrived on time to set up the bouncy castle and slide and made sure safety was covered in all areas. The kids had the best fun in the disco zone and slide. Collected when promised. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys.

These guys are fab, I wouldnt go anywhere else! Booked the Peppa pig package for my sons first birthday, we had 20 children of mixed ages and absolutely everyone of them loved it. Jaimie and Ellie are so nice. They did a fast job setting up and putting away. You dont do anything. Ellie made us some lovely sweet cones for the kids to take away instead of party bags and they were fab. I dont think half of them made it out of the hall and to the car.
