Please note all outdoor bookings need to be on flat, real GRASS only, this is so we can safely peg the equipment into the ground so it is safe for your children. If you are booking soft play for outside use please note that should rain be forecast for the day you will need to have a gazebo with sides on for when we set up or move the soft play booking inside your house, if neither of these can be done you will need to move the soft play booking. WE DONT HIRE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH, please book a hall should you need to hire during these months.Access to the garden must be via a side gate or clear garage, we can not come through your property. There may be a delivery charge if you are out of our free delivery area. Please make sure you measure the area where the castle is going ( all measurements are in the castle description ) and allow at least 2 ft of space either side of the castle and 3 ft behind and 3ft in front the castle. When booking in a hall please allow a minimum 30 mins set up time before the party starts and 30 mins pack away time before you need to be out the hall, we deliver and collect at the times stated. Please include the hall name in the delivery address as this makes it easier for us to find. Please read all the information on the confirmation email once booked as it is extremely important. Please read our t&cs and check they work for you before booking. A 20 percent booking fee is to be made once booked and this is non refundable but can be transferred to a later date should the booking not go ahead. Castles are extremely heavy so please do let us know if there will be any steps etc before hand. Please note we can not put castles on land that is not owned/rented by you or that is not part of your garden, and we can not do communal gardens due to insurance reasons. Inflatables must be on real grass if going outside ( unless you are happy for us to peg through your artificial grass and there must be mud underneath) Please note , once booked you will receive a booking confirmation email ( hotmail accounts seem to reject business emails so please let us know if you dont receive). This will have all our terms and conditions attached and the safe use of our equipment. Please check your junk folder as sometimes the email goes into this folder. It is very important to read this email as there is lots of information on it which you will be agreeing to by booking with us. If you dont receive a text and email then the booking may not have gone through so please contact us straight away in this instance. Sorry for all the reading but we want everything to run as smoothly as possible for you on the day

* Garden bookings will be delivered between 7:30am-11am and collected anytime from 5pm depending on where you are on the delivery and collection route for the day, we will message during the day to let you know your collection slot. We can turn up anytime between 7:30-11am to deliver so please be prepared, should your party start before 11 let us know and we will see what we can do but we often have lots of deliveries to get out so we would suggest not starting the party before 11 as we can not guarantee an earlier time. When booking in a hall its slightly different as we will deliver and collect at the times you state on the booking form , please allow 30 minutes before the party starts for us to set up as we will arrive at the time you state and please allow 30 mins after for us to pack away before you need to be out the hall. If your party goes on until late we suggest booking overnight, Please also note that overnight bookings will be collected the following morning between 10-1 depending on how quickly we get our deliveries done, should you wish to book for 2 full days please contact us. For weekday after school parties we can be more flexible with later deliveries and collections up to 8:30pm so if you are booking for an after school party please put the time you need it delivered/ collected and in the notes section just add that its an after school Party.. *
