I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
Everything, from the first enquiry email to the time it was collected, was seamless and efficient. Replies to messages were also instant regardless of the time of day.
I stood and watched (from inside) while the castle was put up/ taken down and the cleaning process (done wearing full PPE) was so very thorough I had no qualms allowing my kiddies on to have fun, even in the current covid climate.
We have been so impressed, we’ve booked a castle for another two weekends over the summer.
I’m happy to answer any questions but honestly, if you’re thinking of hiring a castle, there are so many cowboys out there but these guys just aren’t in that category. They are totally trustworthy and very easy/ lovely to deal with. The whole thing was a pleasure.

Thank you so much for a smooth & seamless party experience! The Encanto bouncy castle was excellent & loved by all our party guests. So easy to book & was delivered on time & set up so quickly. Jaimies were even able to come back to collect the castle a little earlier than originally planned when I'd overestimated our clean up time. Pure professionalism & we will definitely be a repeat booker & will recommend to all.

Please also allow a minimum of 2 hours for us to set all the equipment up. We need to be able to drive right up to where the equipment is being set up as it is very heavy.
