I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
Everything, from the first enquiry email to the time it was collected, was seamless and efficient. Replies to messages were also instant regardless of the time of day.
I stood and watched (from inside) while the castle was put up/ taken down and the cleaning process (done wearing full PPE) was so very thorough I had no qualms allowing my kiddies on to have fun, even in the current covid climate.
We have been so impressed, we’ve booked a castle for another two weekends over the summer.
I’m happy to answer any questions but honestly, if you’re thinking of hiring a castle, there are so many cowboys out there but these guys just aren’t in that category. They are totally trustworthy and very easy/ lovely to deal with. The whole thing was a pleasure.

Inflatable Santa's Grotto Hire!
This is an inflatable grotto perfect for school fetes, Charity events, Christmas parties etc. It really has the wow factor and customers return to us year after year to book this for their events!
We will decorate the grotto in and out with a Christmas tree, artificial presents, fake snow, white fencing, Christmas lights a chair for Santa and other Christmas decor. It really is amazing and customers come back year after year to book this once they see it.
It's only suitable for indoor use due to the delicate decor and we ask for a minimum of an hour set up time before your event starts. It takes an hour to set up once the equipment is all in the room ready to set up so please factor in more time should access take longer or should it be a longer distance from the van to the location of where the grotto is being set up.
Please note this this is not a bouncy castle, it is an inflatable unit with no floor. You will need to supply your own Santa. As with any inflatable the fan has to remain on at all times, this does cause a noise. We need access to 4 mains plug sockets.
