Highly recommend this company! I recently used them for my little girls 1st birthday party and it couldn’t have been any easier. I picked the party package I wanted online, availability was checked there and then and booking was done within minutes. Upon delivery they asked where I’d like it set up and immediately got in with it. It ment I was able to continue with everything else whilst they were getting that ready. They gave an hour time window for both delivery and collection which was fab. I found the price value amazing for what we got and for how long we had it for. I had a lot of comments about how good it looked and how much fun everyone had. Will definitely be using again in the future. Thank you!

This is our 3rd year using Jaimies Castles for bouncy castle in our garden and they haven’t disappointed.
From booking to final collection they were excellent.
Clear communication throughout and helpful when booking. Nice touch was that they remembered us when they came back each year which was really lovely.
Will continue to use and highly recommend them, they are thorough and professional, thank the castles are in excellent condition and they are great value too.

Garden hire/ Soft play at home information....
( OUTDOOR HIRES ARE NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN 1st OCTOBER AND 29th MARCH )
DELIVERY TIMES - Garden deliveries are delivered between 8-11am depending on where you fall on our delivery route. You will receive a message the night before with a rough time slot.
COLLECTION TIMES - We start collecting from 5pm , this again depends where you fall on our collection route. We can not guarantee a time so please book overnight if you would like to keep the equipment late.
Venue hire information....
DELIVERY TIMES - We deliver and collect venue bookings at the times you put on the booking form.
ACCESS TIMES - Please book us to arrive a minimum of 30 mins before the party starts and 30 mins before you need to be out of the venue. Please allow more time if booking more products.
