We last used them back in September when our sons birthday had to change due to covid and they were incredibly accommodating with the change of venue and castle. We hired a bouncy castle from jaimies for my daughters 6th birthday in lockdown!
They were brilliant, put it up very quickly and great customer service. And the same when they came.
All very friendly!!
I will defo be using again in the summer for some more fun in the garden for the kiddies!

This is our 3rd year using Jaimies Castles for bouncy castle in our garden and they haven’t disappointed.
From booking to final collection they were excellent.
Clear communication throughout and helpful when booking. Nice touch was that they remembered us when they came back each year which was really lovely.

DELIVERY TIMES - GARDEN DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED BETWEEN 8-11AM DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU FALL ON OUR DELIVERY ROUTE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A ROUGH TIME SLOT.
COLLECTION TIMES - WE START COLLECTING FROM 5PM , THIS AGAIN DEPENDS WHERE YOU FALL ON OUR COLLECTION ROUTE. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A TIME SO PLEASE BOOK OVERNIGHT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE EQUIPMENT LATE.
